Emma J. Modest skirt collection The 3 Pleat Skirt This is a full skirt with a matching different color in the center pleat and 2 small pleats on each side of it.  This has an elastic band in th back. This is our pattern. Orders are welcome.  Our pattern will be available soon for home use. Sewing Service Rate for 1 skirt (material is separate)  $10.00 right now , I am taking orders on service and having you choose material colors.  Jeans with eyelette, or custom choice.
